Mohs surgery is regarded as the definitive treatment for Basal
Cell Skin Cancers (also known as BCCs and rodent ulcers). Mohs Micrographic Technique provides the best validated method of
removal of these and certain other skin cancers.
BCCs are very rarely fatal but their effective management
is important since if left they can be extremely damaging. Mohs Surgery has been validated at providing the most effective
treatment for these tumours.
